Returns

• Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices included.
• Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products without original packaging or invoice

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be transferred to the customer’s bank account.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are only applicable for damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.
• Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos as proof.

Cancellation Policy
